Press Windows key + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool
Select the area you want to capture
Click the notification to edit and save the screenshot
Press Print Screen to capture the full screen
Press Alt + Print Screen to capture the active window
Open Paint or another editor and paste with Ctrl + V
Save the image file
Use the Snipping Tool app for delayed or freeform captures
Use Xbox Game Bar with Windows key + Alt + Print Screen for screenshots in supported apps
Use third-party screen capture software if needed
