Sign in to your Amazon account
Tap Devices
Tap the plus icon
Tap Add Device
Select Amazon Echo
Select Echo Dot
Follow the on-screen instructions
Connect the Echo Dot to your Wi-Fi network
Complete the setup in the Alexa app
Test the Echo Dot by saying “Alexa”
