Check your laptop’s video outputs
Confirm the laptop supports two external monitors
Use a USB-C dock, Thunderbolt dock, or multi-display adapter if needed
Connect each monitor to the dock or to separate video ports on the laptop
Use HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C, or VGA cables as supported
Turn on both monitors
Open display settings on the laptop
Set the display mode to Extend
Arrange the monitor positions
Set the preferred main display
Adjust resolution and refresh rate for each monitor
Update graphics drivers if the monitors are not detected
Restart the laptop if needed
