Preheat the oven to 400°F
Pat the pork tenderloin dry
Trim any silver skin if needed
Rub the pork with oil
Season with salt, pepper, and desired spices
Place the pork in a baking dish or on a sheet pan
Roast for 20 to 30 minutes
Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer
Remove when the thickest part reaches 145°F
Let the pork rest for 5 to 10 minutes
Slice and serve
