Rinse bok choy thoroughly and separate the leaves if needed
Trim the base and cut into halves or quarters
Bring ramen broth to a simmer
Add the bok choy stems first and cook for 1 to 2 minutes
Add the leaves and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute until just wilted
Remove from heat and serve in the ramen
For a softer texture, simmer the whole bok choy for 2 to 3 minutes
For extra flavor, sauté bok choy with garlic and sesame oil before adding to ramen
