Back up any files you want to keep
Sign out of your Chromebook
Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r
Select Restart
In the box that appears, select Powerwash
Select Continue
Follow the on-screen setup steps after the reset
If needed, reset from Settings by opening Settings
Select Advanced
Select Reset settings
Select Powerwash
Select Restart
Select Powerwash again to confirm
