How To Bake Brussel Sprouts?

Preheat the oven to 400°F to 425°F

Trim the Brussels sprouts and remove any damaged outer leaves

Rinse the sprouts and dry them thoroughly

Cut larger sprouts in half

Place the sprouts in a bowl

Add olive oil, salt, and pepper

Toss until evenly coated

Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer

Place them cut-side down if halved

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes

Flip once halfway through if desired

Remove when tender and browned

Serve immediately
