Rinse the lychees under cool water
Peel off the red outer skin with your fingers
Remove the white or translucent flesh from the skin
Spit out the large seed in the center
Eat the flesh fresh
Discard the skin and seed
Avoid eating the seed
Chill the lychees before eating if desired
