Shuffle all dominoes face down
Each player draws the required number of tiles
Place the remaining tiles in a draw pile if needed
Decide who goes first
The first player places one domino on the table
Match one end of a domino to an open end on the table
Play only dominoes with matching numbers on touching ends
If you cannot play, draw a tile if the rules allow
If you still cannot play, pass your turn
Continue taking turns placing matching dominoes
Keep the chain connected at all times
Use doubles according to the game rules being played
Win by playing all your dominoes first
If no one can play, the game ends
Count the remaining pips on each player’s tiles if scoring is used
The player with the lowest score or first to a target score wins
