Open your Facebook Page
Click Settings or Page access
Select Page access or Page roles
Click Add New
Enter the person’s name or email
Select the admin role or full control access
Click Give Access or Add
Enter your password if prompted
Ask the person to accept the invitation
Confirm the person now has admin access
