Open the Workout app on your Apple Watch
Scroll through the workout types
Tap the exercise you want to start
Wait for the countdown or tap Start
Begin your workout
End the workout when finished
Save the workout summary
Add a workout manually in the Fitness app on iPhone if needed
Open the Fitness app on iPhone
Tap the Summary tab
Tap the workout ring or activity history
Tap Add Workout if available
Enter the workout details
Save the entry
