Remove the pressure switch cover
Check the current cut-in and cut-out pressure settings on the switch
Identify the large adjustment nut or screw for both pressure settings
Turn the large adjustment nut clockwise to increase both cut-in and cut-out pressure
Turn the large adjustment nut counterclockwise to decrease both cut-in and cut-out pressure
Identify the small adjustment nut or screw if the switch has one
Turn the small adjustment nut clockwise to increase the pressure difference between cut-in and cut-out
Turn the small adjustment nut counterclockwise to decrease the pressure difference between cut-in and cut-out
Make small adjustments only

Restore power to the pump
Run water and observe the pressure gauge
Verify the pump turns on at the desired cut-in pressure
Verify the pump turns off at the desired cut-out pressure
Turn off power again before making further adjustments
Repeat small adjustments until the desired settings are reached
Replace the cover securely after final adjustment
Check for proper pump operation and leaks after adjustment
