Remove the basket and season the salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, or desired seasoning
Continue cooking for 6 to 10 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and reaches 145°F internally
Add lemon juice, butter, or sauce after cooking if desired
Serve immediately
