Start with clean, moisturized eyelids
Apply an eyeshadow primer or concealer
Set the primer with a light neutral powder
Choose a light shade for the base
Apply the base color across the eyelid
Use a medium shade in the crease
Blend the crease color with a fluffy brush
Apply a darker shade to the outer corner if desired
Blend the edges to avoid harsh lines
Add shimmer or highlight to the center of the lid or inner corner
Apply eyeliner if desired
Finish with mascara
Clean up any fallout with a brush or makeup wipe
