How To Apply Eyeshadow?

Prep eyelids with a thin layer of primer or concealer

Set the base with a light dusting of powder (optional)

Apply a transition shade in the crease using a fluffy blending brush

Blend upward and outward until there are no harsh edges

Pat a darker shade on the outer corner and blend into the crease

Add a deeper shade to the outer V (optional) and blend slightly inward

Apply a shimmer or lighter shade to the center of the lid with a flat brush

Blend the shimmer into the crease slightly to soften the transition

Smudge liner or a dark shadow along the upper lash line (optional)

Tightline the upper waterline with a pencil or gel liner (optional)

Highlight the inner corner with a light shimmery shade

Add brow bone highlight under the brow using a small brush

Clean up fallout with a concealer brush or makeup remover on a cotton swab

Define the lower lash line with a matching shade: light near the inner corner, darker toward the outer corner

Blend lower lash line softly to connect it with the upper look

Finish with mascara on upper and lower lashes

Optional: apply eyeliner to the upper lash line or waterline

Optional: apply a final thin layer of shimmer on the center lid for extra intensity
