Brush or drizzle the fillets with melted butter or olive oil
Place the fillets on the baking sheet in a single layer
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness
Check that the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches 145°F internally
Remove from the oven
Serve immediately with lemon wedges if desired
