Bake until salmon flakes easily with a fork
Bake time guidance: 10–15 minutes for 1-inch (2.5 cm) thick fillets
For thicker fillets, bake 15–20 minutes as needed
Check doneness at the thickest point
Rest salmon 2–3 minutes before serving
Serve with lemon wedges and fresh herbs
