Open the Camera app
Tap Portrait mode
Frame your subject
Make sure the subject is 2 to 8 feet away
Tap the subject to focus
Take the photo
Open the photo in Photos
Tap Edit
Tap the f/ icon
Adjust the depth slider to blur or sharpen the background
Tap Done
