Place 2 black concrete blocks side by side for the screen
Place 1 black concrete block centered on top of the screen
Place 1 black concrete block centered below the screen
Add 2 quartz blocks or white concrete blocks on each side for the frame
Place 2 spruce stairs or dark oak stairs under the screen for the stand
Add 1 lever or button on the side as a power button
Place 2 item frames on the front and put maps or black stained glass inside for a screen effect
Add 1 or 2 redstone lamps behind the screen for a lit TV look
Build a small table or cabinet under the TV with slabs and stairs
Add optional speakers using black concrete blocks on both sides of the TV
