Adjust the temperature up or down according to the manual

Save the calibration setting

Recheck the oven temperature with the thermometer

Repeat adjustments until the oven temperature matches closely

If no calibration setting exists, note the temperature difference and adjust cooking temperatures accordingly

Clean the oven sensor if the manual recommends it

Contact a qualified technician if the oven cannot be calibrated properly
