Open the PDF in a PDF editor that supports editing text and images
Select the “Edit” or “Edit Content” tool
Click the text you want to change
Update the text using the editor’s text tools
Select the object (text, image, or shape) you want to replace
Use “Replace,” “Insert,” or “Import” to add new content
Adjust formatting options (font, size, color, alignment, spacing) as needed
Delete unwanted content using the editor’s delete/backspace tool
Add new text boxes or fields if required
Save the changes using “Save,” “Save As,” or “Export” (choose PDF)
If the PDF is protected, unlock permissions or request an unprotected version before editing
If editing isn’t supported, convert the PDF to an editable format, edit it, then export back to PDF
