Open the Zoom app or go to the Zoom website
Sign in to your account
Click or tap your profile picture or initials
Select Profile
Click Edit next to your name
Enter your new name
Click Save
If you want to change your display name for a meeting, join the meeting
Open Participants
Find your name
Click More or the three dots next to your name
Select Rename
Enter your new name
Click OK or Save
