Open the Phone app
Tap Recents
Look for missed calls from blocked numbers if they appear
Open Settings
Tap Phone
Tap Blocked Contacts
Review the list of blocked numbers and contacts
Open Messages
Check the Unknown & Spam or Filtered Messages section if enabled
Open FaceTime
Check recent FaceTime calls for blocked callers if any appear
Contact your carrier to ask whether blocked calls can be viewed in call logs
Use a call-blocking app if it provides a blocked-call history
