Power off the monitor and unplug it
Use a dry, lint-free microfiber cloth to gently wipe the screen
If needed, lightly dampen the microfiber cloth with distilled water
Wipe the screen gently in straight lines or small circles
For stubborn smudges, use a small amount of screen-safe cleaner on the cloth (not directly on the screen)
Dry the screen with a clean, dry microfiber cloth
Clean the bezel and stand with a lightly damp cloth, then dry with a microfiber cloth
Wash hands before touching the screen to reduce fingerprints
Let the screen fully dry before turning the monitor back on
Do not spray any liquid directly onto the screen
Do not use paper towels, tissues, or abrasive cloths
Do not use window cleaners, glass cleaners, ammonia, bleach, or alcohol-based cleaners
Do not press hard on the screen
Do not use excessive moisture around ports or vents
Do not use solvents or degreasers
