Turn off the monitor and unplug it
Let the screen cool if it was recently used
Use a dry, soft microfiber cloth to remove dust
Wipe gently in one direction
Dampen a microfiber cloth with distilled water if needed
Wring out the cloth so it is not wet
Wipe the screen lightly with the damp cloth
Use a screen-safe cleaner only if necessary
Apply cleaner to the cloth, not directly to the screen
Avoid paper towels, tissues, and rough fabrics
Avoid ammonia, alcohol, acetone, and harsh chemicals
Avoid spraying liquid directly on the monitor
Dry the screen with a clean microfiber cloth
Clean the bezel and stand with a slightly damp cloth
Make sure everything is fully dry before plugging it back in
