Turn off the grill and let it cool completely
Disconnect the propane tank or unplug the grill if needed
Remove the cooking grates
Scrape off food residue from the grates with a grill brush
Wash the grates with warm soapy water
Rinse and dry the grates thoroughly
Remove the flavorizer bars, heat deflectors, or other removable parts
Scrape off grease and debris from the inside of the grill
Vacuum or brush out ash and loose debris from the bottom
Clean the burners gently with a soft brush if needed
Wipe the lid, bowl, and exterior with warm soapy water
Clean the grease tray and replace the liner if used
Reassemble all parts after everything is dry
Light the grill briefly to burn off any remaining moisture
Clean the grill after every use and deep clean it regularly
