Open Finder
Click Go in the menu bar
Select Go to Folder
Type `~/Library/Caches`
Press Return
Delete the contents of the folders you want to clear
Empty the Trash
Open Finder again
Click Go in the menu bar
Select Go to Folder
Type `/Library/Caches`
Press Return
Delete the contents of the folders you want to clear
Empty the Trash
Open Safari
Click Safari in the menu bar
Select Settings
Go to the Privacy tab
Click Manage Website Data
Click Remove All
Open Chrome
Click the three dots menu
Select Delete Browsing Data
Choose Cached images and files
Click Delete data
Open Firefox
Click the menu button
Select Settings
Go to Privacy & Security
Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data
Select Cached Web Content
Click Clear
Restart your Mac
