Turn on the Canon printer
Make sure the WiFi network is working
Place the printer near the router
Press the printer’s Menu or Settings button
Select Wireless LAN setup or WiFi setup
Choose the WiFi network name
Enter the WiFi password
Confirm the connection
Wait for the printer to connect
Print a network status page if needed
Install the Canon printer software on your computer or phone
Add the printer in the device’s printer settings
Test by printing a page
