How To Cook A Fries?

Wash and peel the potatoes if desired

Cut the potatoes into even fry-shaped sticks

Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes

Drain and dry the potatoes thoroughly

Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F to 375°F

Fry the potatoes in small batches until soft and lightly golden

Remove and drain on paper towels

Increase the oil temperature to 375°F to 400°F

Fry the potatoes again until crisp and golden brown

Remove and drain on paper towels

Season with salt immediately

Serve hot
