How To Cook Baby Bok Choy?

Rinse baby bok choy thoroughly to remove dirt

Trim the base and separate the leaves if needed

Pat dry

Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat

Add oil

Add minced garlic or ginger if desired

Place baby bok choy in the pan cut side down

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until lightly browned

Flip and cook another 1 to 2 minutes

Add a splash of water or broth

Cover and steam for 1 to 2 minutes until tender

Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, or sesame oil

Serve immediately
