How To Cook Beef Ribs In The Oven?

Preheat the oven to 300°F

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs

Pat the ribs dry with paper towels

Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika

Place the ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet or in a roasting pan

Cover tightly with aluminum foil

Bake for 3 to 4 hours until tender

Remove the foil during the last 20 to 30 minutes if you want a browned exterior

Brush with barbecue sauce if desired

Increase the oven to 400°F for the final 10 to 15 minutes to caramelize the sauce

Rest the ribs for 10 to 15 minutes before serving

Slice between the bones and serve
