Gather materials: black paper, white string or yarn, glue, scissors, pencil, ruler
Cut the black paper into the desired web background size
Mark a center point on the paper
Draw several straight lines radiating outward from the center
Cut or place string along each radiating line and glue it down
Add curved connecting lines between the radiating lines
Continue adding curved lines outward to form the web pattern
Trim any excess string
Let the glue dry completely
Optionally add a spider cutout or drawing near the web
