Wash feet daily with soap and water

Wear moisture-wicking socks
Wear breathable shoes made of leather or mesh
Rotate shoes and let them dry completely between uses
Use foot powder or antifungal powder
Apply antiperspirant to feet
Soak feet in diluted vinegar or Epsom salt solution
Trim toenails regularly
Remove dead skin with gentle exfoliation
Treat athlete’s foot if present
Use antifungal cream if needed
Avoid wearing the same shoes every day
Replace old insoles or shoes with persistent odor
Wash socks, insoles, and shoes regularly
Wear sandals or open-toe shoes when possible
Keep feet dry during the day
Use odor-fighting shoe inserts
See a doctor if odor persists or there are signs of infection
