How To Cut A Spiral Ham?

Place the ham flat-side down on a cutting board

Use a sharp carving knife

Find the bone and the pre-cut spiral slices

Cut along the bone to separate the meat from the bone

Slice downward following the spiral cuts

Keep each slice attached at the base if needed

Work around the ham until all slices are freed

Trim any remaining meat from the bone

Serve the slices immediately or store them properly
