Open the App Lock app
Enter your App Lock password, PIN, pattern, or biometric authentication
Go to Settings or Security settings
Select Uninstall, Remove App Lock, or Disable App Lock
Confirm the action if prompted
If the app is protected by device administrator access, go to Phone Settings
Open Security or Privacy settings
Find Device admin apps or Device administrators
Turn off App Lock permission
Return to Apps or Installed apps
Find the App Lock app
Tap Uninstall
If App Lock is built into the phone, open Settings
Go to Apps, Security, or Privacy
Find the built-in App Lock feature
Turn it off or remove its lock permission
Restart the phone if needed
