Open the Safari app
Tap the Bookmarks icon
Tap Edit
Tap the red minus icon next to the bookmark
Tap Delete
Tap Done
To delete a bookmark folder, open Bookmarks, tap Edit, tap the red minus icon next to the folder, tap Delete, then tap Done
To delete multiple bookmarks, repeat the delete steps for each bookmark
