Open Device Manager
Expand the device category
Right-click the driver or device
Select Uninstall device
Check Delete the driver software for this device if available
Click Uninstall
Restart the computer
Open Settings
Go to Apps
Uninstall any related driver software or utility
Open Control Panel
Go to Programs and Features
Uninstall any remaining driver packages
Open Device Manager
Click View
Select Show hidden devices
Remove any leftover devices if needed
Use Print Management or Device and Printers for printer drivers
Use pnputil /enum-drivers in Command Prompt to list drivers
Use pnputil /delete-driver oem#.inf /uninstall /force to remove a driver package
Run Command Prompt as administrator before deleting drivers
Create a restore point before removing drivers
Restart after deleting drivers
