Measure the length, width, and height of the object in inches
Multiply length × width × height
Use the result as the cubic inches
For a cube, multiply one side by itself three times
For irregular shapes, divide the object into smaller rectangular sections, find each section’s cubic inches, then add them together
For cylinders, use π × radius² × height, with all measurements in inches
For spheres, use 4/3 × π × radius³, with the radius in inches
Make sure all measurements use the same unit before calculating
