Double-click the file to open it
Use the toolbar to view, print, or save
Use the search function to find text
Use zoom controls to adjust the view
Use the page navigation tools to move through pages
Use annotation tools to highlight or add notes
Use the export or save-as option to create a copy
Use the share option to send the PDF
Use the edit tools if the PDF editor supports changes
Close the file when finished
