Select the text with your cursor
Right-click and choose Copy, or press Ctrl+C on Windows or Command+C on Mac
Paste the copied text into your document or app with Ctrl+V on Windows or Command+V on Mac
If the PDF is scanned or image-based, use OCR software or a PDF editor with text recognition first
If copying is blocked, use a different PDF viewer or check whether the file has restrictions
