Gather nail polish remover, cotton pads, nail file, buffer, base coat, sheer nude or pink polish, white polish, top coat, and tape or French tip guides
Remove old polish and wash your hands
Trim and file nails into your preferred shape
Push back cuticles gently
Buff the nail surface lightly
Clean nails with remover to remove dust and oils
Apply a thin base coat and let it dry
Apply one to two coats of nude or pink polish and let each coat dry
Place French tip guides or tape near the tip line if using them
Paint the tips with white polish
Remove guides or tape before the polish fully dries
Clean up any mistakes with a small brush or cotton swab dipped in remover
Let the tips dry completely
Apply a top coat to seal the manicure
Let everything dry fully before using your hands heavily
