Open Google Photos on your phone or go to photos.google.com on your computer
Sign in to your Google account
Select the photo or video you want to download
Click the three-dot menu or the download icon
Choose Download or Save to device
On mobile, tap Share if needed, then tap Save to device or Download
On computer, the file will be saved to your default Downloads folder
To download multiple items, select them first, then use the download option
To download all photos, use Google Takeout at takeout.google.com
Choose Google Photos in Takeout
Select the export settings and create the export
Download the exported files when the email link is ready
