Tap Download your information
Choose the account and data you want
Select Messages or Chats
Choose the date range and format
Tap Create files or Request download
Wait for Instagram to prepare the download
Open the email or notification from Instagram
Download the file to your device
Open the downloaded file to view the chat messages
