Open Instagram and find the video you want to save
Tap the share icon
Tap Copy Link
Open a video downloader website in Safari
Paste the copied link into the downloader
Tap Download
Save the video to Files or Photos when prompted
Use the iPhone Screen Recording feature if downloading is not available
Open Control Center and start Screen Recording
Play the Instagram video
Stop the recording when finished
Trim the recording in Photos if needed
