Open the Voice Memos app on your Mac
Select the memo you want to download
Click the Share button
Choose Save to Files
Select a folder on your Mac
Click Save
Alternatively, drag the memo from Voice Memos to the Desktop or a Finder folder
If syncing with iCloud, open Voice Memos on your Mac and wait for the memo to appear before saving it
