Open Finder
Click Go in the menu bar
Select Go to Folder
Type `~/Library/Caches`
Press Return
Open each folder inside Caches
Delete the files inside each folder
Empty the Trash
Restart your Mac
To clear system cache, open Finder
Click Go in the menu bar
Select Go to Folder
Type `/Library/Caches`
Press Return
Delete files inside folders you want to clear
Empty the Trash
Restart your Mac
