Draw smaller circles inside the wheels for the hubs
Add a rectangle at the back for the cargo area
Draw a side mirror on the cab
Add a door line on the cab
Draw a bumper at the front
Add a grille with short vertical lines
Draw windows on the cab
Add wheel arches above the tires
Trace the outline with a darker pencil or pen
Erase extra sketch lines
Color the truck if desired
