Back up any important files and data
Plug in the charger and keep the notebook connected to power
Shut down the notebook completely
Turn it on and immediately press the F11 key repeatedly
Select Troubleshoot
Select Reset this PC
Choose Keep my files or Remove everything
Follow the on-screen prompts to start the reset
Wait for the reset process to complete
Set up Windows again after the notebook restarts
