Open Spotify and play a song
Tap the Now Playing bar at the bottom
Swipe up on the lyrics panel if it appears
Tap Lyrics if the option is shown
If lyrics are unavailable, try another song or update the app
Make sure you are using the latest version of Spotify
Check that you have an internet connection
Note that lyrics may not be available for every song or region
