Free up storage space on your device

Re-download the world if the textures are missing in one world only
Verify the pack is not conflicting with other add-ons
Use a different texture pack to test whether the issue is pack-specific
Check marketplace content is fully downloaded
Reboot your console, phone, or PC after changes
