Complete the main story mission “Chippin’ In”
Open your inventory
Go to the “Junk” or “Quest Items” section if needed
Locate Johnny Silverhand’s arm item
Equip it if it is available as a cosmetic or quest item
If it is not in your inventory, check your completed quest rewards
If you are on PC, use mods or console commands if you want the arm as a visible cosmetic item
If you are on console, the arm is not normally obtainable as a standard wearable item
