Go to your Instagram profile
Tap the menu icon (three lines)
Select “Settings and privacy”
Tap “Privacy”
Under “Connections,” turn off “Following list” (if available)
If you don’t see “Following list,” check “Followers and following” privacy options within the same Privacy area
If available, hide the list from specific accounts by adjusting “Hide story”/“Close Friends” settings (only if you see an option that affects following visibility)
